Joint Approach is a Treatment Package for patients with symptomatic Osteoarthritis (OA). Joint Approach uses tablet & smartphone applications or provides desktop access to a 12-week, online, multidisciplinary progressive programme, clinically-proven to improve knee joint pain & function. This package will support multiple aspects of the NICE recommended approach to the condition from 4 disciplines (Physiotherapy, Strength and Conditioning, Psychology and Nutrition) enabling patients to selfmanage their condition in their own homes.
