The proposed project is a multidisciplinary investigation which combines focus group data with innovative longitudinal biomechanical analysis. Research in this area will contribute to the development of sport-specific guidance for pregnant and postnatal elite athletes, as well as improve the activity programmes recommended to servicewomen and active individuals.
