DTP - University of Warwick

The University of Warwick is receiving EPSRC funding to train doctoral researchers through a Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP). This matters because the UK needs a steady pipeline of skilled scientists and engineers to sustain its research base and industrial competitiveness. DTPs provide the structured postgraduate training—including PhD studentships—that produces the next generation of researchers. Without this funding stream, universities would struggle to recruit and support doctoral students in engineering and physical sciences.
