There is increasing evidence that in some persons with psychosis the underlying aetiology involves a dysregulated immune process. This study will determine whether patients at different stages of illness with schizophrenia benefit from immune therapies when targeted on identified immune profiles. This feasibility study aims to establish and test a neuroimmune clinical profiling infrastructure to characterise stage-dependent immune dysfunction in schizophrenia compared to healthy control participants.
