A UK multicentre,prospective,randomised open label phase II proof of concept study. There will be two cohorts with a 1:1 randomisation: Arm A: Single agent zimberelimab (PD-1 inhibitor) Q3W for 10 cycles (4 cycles neoadjuvant + 6 cycles adjuvant) Arm B: Combination zimberelimab + domvanalimab (TIGIT inhibitor) Q3W for 10 cycles (4 cycles neoadjuvant + 6 cycles adjuvant)
